FAQs

  • This decision depends entirely on your dog's stage of development. While most smaller breeds enter adolescence around 4–5 months, larger and giant breeds may not hit this stage until 10–12 months. Since the transition from puppyhood to adolescence is highly variable and impacts training strategy, we confirm the most effective package, Foundation or Ultimate, during your initial strategic assessment.

  • Generally, yes, The Foundation Programme is strategically designed for puppies up to 6 months of age. This is the critical window for initial socialisation and basic concept training. Dogs over 6 months are typically entering adolescence, a highly distracted period that requires the advanced focus and proofed obedience techniques used in The Ultimate Go Anywhere Package. We assess your dog's developmental stage during the initial consultation to ensure placement in the programme that guarantees the fastest, most effective results.

  • This is a very common experience. Group classes often struggle to deliver lasting results because trainers must manage large groups, making it nearly impossible to provide the personalised, one-to-one coaching required for real behavioural change. Our private sessions eliminate the distractions and the generalised advice. We focus exclusively on your dog's unique needs, guaranteeing a higher success rate by addressing issues individually, which is the only way to achieve our 'Go Anywhere' standard.

  • Our priority is always your success. If, at the conclusion of your programme, your dog has not yet achieved our strict 'Go Anywhere' standards, we will immediately initiate a strategic review. We will then discuss extending your programme with additional sessions to ensure those guaranteed results are fully achieved. Any required extension is subject to our standard session fees, unless the shortfall is due to an unforeseen circumstance or training error on our part. This commitment ensures your investment is protected and your dog completes the transformation.
